We live in f**ing San Diego

A graphic novel about men who know what’s actually theirs to carry.

Brotherhood of the Wolf is fully lettered, fully colored, and 32–34 pages; unlike the experimental format of The Lesser Evil.

Social gatherings aren’t stages, but too many men treat them like audition rooms.

There’s a video making the rounds. Thanksgiving table, San Diego. The nephew gets prompted (“You’ve been awful quiet” ) and instead of deflecting, he launches into a speech about affordability crisis for everyday New Yorkers, “Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, the other one.” It’s word-for-word Zohran Mamdani speechifying. Three thousand miles from the fight he’s pretending to care about. The family knows instantly: “Here we go carrying that thing again.” The punchline lands: “We live in f**ing San Diego.” He can’t name the boroughs. But he memorized the script. A man talking about stuff he absolutely has nothing to do with.

Why This Matters:
Brotherhood of the Wolf is about men who carry real burdens instead of theater props….and the consequences for those who get it wrong.

Twitter now shows country-of-origin labels. Turns out half the “America First” discourse is coming from Mumbai (ha ha, I knew it!). The mask slips, and you see the same hollow posturing everywhere: men borrowing fights to feel important. Silence is heavier, but it’s real. When you stop performing, you can finally tell what’s actually yours to bear.

Brotherhood of the Wolf is full color, fully lettered, 32–34 pages. New issue every 3 months. The Blood Tax arc completes at Issue #5.

P.S. Palestine is mine to carry. The hadith (“be avid for what benefits you”) is simple but the discipline is hard.
